Numerous members of the community volunteered many hours of their time to evaluate the county's health and make recommendations to improve it.

Goals of the Project

Determine the state of health and well-being in Wood County
Identify health needs
Develop recommendations to address identified health needs
Produce a report to serve as a guide to Wood County agencies, organizations, and professionals responsible for protecting and improving health
