Neighborhood Legal Services Clinic
has changed its name to:
Community Christian Legal Services
If you have legal questions and are unable to afford attorney fees, the monthly clinic may be able to help. This clinic is meant to provide legal help to those who cannot afford an attorney, in any area of the law except criminal matters.
The clinic is staffed by volunteers from the Wood County Bar Association. After providing basic information about your problem, you will meet with an attorney whose expertise best matches your concern. There are no fees associated with your meeting with the attorney. If further legal support is necessary CCLS, Inc. will attempt to secure services for you at no or limited cost.
The Community Christian Legal Service, Inc. is dedicated to providing legal services to anyone - regardless of faith, age, race, ethnic background or sexual orientation - as an outpouring of our volunteers' dedication to making sure that everyone has adequate and competent access to the judicial system. The name of the organization is a reflection of the founders' faith and not a limitation on the people who will be represented. The Wood County Bar Association and the Wood County Law Library provide information about CCLS, Inc. as a resource for those seeking legal representation
