Wood County Juvenile Court Public Records Request Policy

When presented with a public records request, Wood County Juvenile Court follows the Public Records Policy set forth in the Wood County Employee Handbook subject to any Court specific local rules or procedures. As to public records requests, Wood County Juvenile Court Local Rules further provide as follows:

RULE 5. Copies of court records: Uncertified copies of any public record may be obtained at the cost of $0.10 per page. Certified copies of any public record may be obtained at the cost of $1.00 per certified document.

If you are requesting your own juvenile record, and leave out of the state/atrea, you will be required to completed this Affidavit in order to show proof of identity.
