What is the EAP and what services does it provide? (13 minute Video)
The Wood County Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential,
free program designed to assist in the early identification and
resolution of problems associated with employees impaired by personal
concerns.
The EAP provides a 24-hour emergency hotline in addition to 24-hour
emergency intervention and counseling. If needed, a one-on-one
confidential appointment with a counselor is scheduled.
Employees and their dependents can receive up to five free sessions for assessment and counseling. Referrals for on-going assistance are made, if needed. EAP counselors offer the assistance you and your family may need to make it through a tough time.
